At YAMA Mountain Gear, we stand by the quality of our technical apparel and high-performance garments. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
